To preserve the quality and performance of our premium fabrics, we recommend air drying your 8ten pieces after washing. Heat from dryers can weaken elastic fibers and reduce the garment’s shape retention over time. Instead, gently reshape and lay flat or hang your items in a shaded, ventilated area to dry naturally. This method helps maintain the smooth texture, color integrity, and long-lasting comfort that define every 8ten piece.

At 8ten, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or scents, and have all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
